IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please read these instructions before operating and retain for future reference.

2. DO NOT TOUCH HOT SURFACES, use the handle.

CAUTION: THIS APPLIANCE GENERATES HEAT DURING USE.

PROPER PRECAUTIONS MUST BE TAKEN TO PREVENT THE RISK OF SCALDS,

BURNS, FIRES OR OTHER DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY CAUSED BY

TOUCHING THE EXTERIOR WHILST IN USE OR COOLING.

3. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse any part of the appliance in

water or any other liquid.

4. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is near children.

5. Never leave the appliance unattended in use.

6. Always unplug from the plug socket when not in use and before cleaning,

BEFORE USING YOUR KETTLE

 Remove any packaging material from the kettle.

 Before connecting to a power source, make sure your mains supply voltage is the

same as the one indicated on the bottom label of this appliance.

 Fill the kettle to the maximum mark (without the base unit). Bring to the boil and
