exceeding 30 mA. Ask your installer for 

advice.

  Do not leave the appliance unattended 

when it is turned on because it can be 

dangerous.  

  When removing the plug never pull on the 

cable.

  Unplug the appliance before cleaning or 

maintenance.

  In the event of fault or malfunction where 

the appliance is not to be used, turn 

off the appliance and do not attempt to 

repair. If a repair is required, contact a 

Technical Assistance Service authorised 

by the manufacturer and request the use 

of original spare parts.

  If the cable for this appliance is damaged, 

contact an authorised Technical 

Assistance Service for it to be replaced. 

  Do not leave the appliance exposed to the 

elements (rain, sun, ice, etc.).

  Do not use or let any part of the appliance 

come into contact or near hot surfaces 

(kitchen gas or electric hobs or ovens).

  Do not use detergents or abrasive 

sponges to clean the appliance. 

  Do not touch the hot surfaces. Use the 

handles.

  Do not let the cable come into contact 

with the hot parts of the appliance.

  Do not vacuum water or any other liquid. 

  Make sure that the on/off switches of 

the vacuum cleaner and the hand-held 

vacuum are in the off position before 

charging.

  It is advisable to change the dust 

container filter every three to six months, 

depending on use, to ensure maximum 

performance of the appliance.  

  Never use the vacuum cleaner without the 

container filter. 

  After cleaning the container filter, make 

sure that it is completely dry before 

reinstalling it in the vacuum cleaner.

  Do not put the filter in the washing 

machine or dry it with a hairdryer. The filter 

must only be left to dry naturally. 

  Do not use the appliance if the vacuum 

pipes are obstructed in any way, as the 

motor may overheat. 

4. N.B.

  This cordless vacuum cleaner is fitted 

with uncharged batteries. The batteries 

need to be charged 15-16 hours prior to 

using the appliance for the first time. 

  The appliance is protected against 

overcharging. When the battery is 

fully charged, the indicator light

 (6) 

will turn green and the circuit will be 

automatically cut off, stopping the 

battery from charging. 

  The appliance has excessive discharge 

protection. When the voltage of the 

battery falls below a certain level, the 

appliance will stop automatically in 

order to protect the battery. It must be 

recharged in order to use it again. 

5. BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

1.

  This cordless vacuum cleaner receives 

energy via rechargeable batteries. Prior 

to using, charge at least 15-16 hours:

-  Place vacuum cleaner near a socket 

and plug in charger.

-   Connect charger to charge jack 

(fig. B)

The red pilot 

(6)

 will start blinking 

indicating vacuum cleaner is 

correctly connected to charger and 

is being charged.

-   Vacuum cleaner must be charged 

15-16 hours minimum. When battery 

is full, the pilot 

(6) 

stops blinking and 

battery charging stops.

Should charger connector be 

plugged into the vacuum cleaner, it 

will not switch on, even though the 

battery is fully charged. Unplug to 

use the vacuum cleaner.

  The vacuum cleaner has an average 

autonomy of approx. 12-18 minutes. 

For optimum battery functioning, follow 

these guidelines: 

-   Always fully charge battery.

-  Never discharge completely.  (When 

motor noise starts weakening
