• - Safety device to open/close the lid.

• - Pressure regulation device. When the pressure value exceeds the acceptable value, the steam is letting off, which results in

normalization of pressure inside the universal cooker. If the pressure is too high, it will be impossible to remove the lid.

• - Temperature limiter. It helps to stop the heating in case if the universal cooker is working with an empty pot or without pot.

• - Overheat protection. It helps to turn off automatically the electric power if the value of inner temperature exceeds the

acceptable value.

NOTICE

• When cooking soups, it is recommended to let off steam only when the universal cooker will get cold and the pressure control

valve will come down. To cool it faster, you can put the wet towel to the lid.

• When letting off steam, do not move your hands or face closer to the steam outlet.

• Do not touch the lid while cooking.

CLEANING AND SERVICE

• The device has to be cleaned on a timely basis and the food debris from its surface should be removed.

• It is necessary to turn off the universal cooker, disconnect it from mains and let it cool down before cleaning.

• Clean the control panel, inner and outer surfaces with the damp cloth with washing medium and rub dry. Do not wash the

body in water and do not spray water on it.

• Clean the pot with the warm water with washing medium and rub dry. It is recommended to wash the pot straight after the

cooking.

• Remove the container to collect condensed fluid, rinse it, rub dry and put it back.

• Remove the sealing pad and O-ring and wash it carefully.

• Wash carefully the inner surface of the lid, pressure regulator and pressure control valve and rub them dry with a soft cloth.

• Put the O-ring and sealing pad back.

• WARNING! Do not wash the removable parts in a dish-washer.

STORAGE

• Make sure that the device is disconnected from mains and completely got cold. Fullfill all the requirements stated in the

section "CLEANING AND SERVICE". Keep the universal cooker in dry and clear area with the lid ajar.
