•Thedisplaystartsashing.ChoosethegenderM(male)orF(female)usingtheStart/Stop
button and the Reset button. Confirm with MODE.
•NowyoucaneitherconrmthespeciedvaluewiththeMODEbuttonorsettherequired
heart rate with the Start/Stop button and Reset button.
•Doexactlythesamewiththelowerlimitvalue.
•Oncealldatahasbeenset,presstheMODEbuttonfor3secondstoexitsettingmode.Ifno
buttons are pressed in setting mode within 60 seconds, the heart rate monitor automatically
reverts to time display.
9.2 Activating pulse alarm
•SwitchtopulsealarmmodewiththeMODEbutton.
•Iftheheartratealarmfunctionisalreadyactiveandthecalculatedheartratelimitshavenotbeen
altered after entering age and gender, the following parameters are consecutively displayed every 2
seconds
– upper training limit,
– lower training limit,
