6. Operation
•
Lie or sit down comfortably on the mat.
•
Switch on the massage device with the button.
•
Using MODE, choose the desired massage program.
•
Using buttons 1 – 4, select the area to be massaged and the desired massage intensity. The activated
massage zones will be shown by the LED indicators.
•
The automatic switch-off function is activated by starting the massage and is preset to 15 minutes.
•
Press the button to switch the temperature function on and off.
•
Do not use the massage device for longer than 15 minutes. The massage can be finished at any time by
pressing the
button.
•
After the massage is finished, disconnect the device from the mains.
