6. Operation

• Sit comfortably on the seat cover. Take care that you sit centered and your body is in good even contact

with the seat cover.

• Switch on the massage device with the

button.

• Using buttons 2-4, select the area to be massaged and the desired massage intensity. The massage in-

tensity can be set by pressing buttons 2-4 repeatedly (0 = massage off, 1 = intensity level 1, 2 = intensity

level 2). The massage is deactivated if the button is pressed for a third time. The activated massage zones

will be shown by the LED indicators.

• Automatic switch-off is automatically activated when the massage is initiated and is preset to 15 minutes.

• Press the button

to switch the heat function on and off in the back area.

• Do not use the massage device for longer than 15 minutes. The massage can be finished at any time by

pressing the

button.

• After the massage is finished, disconnect the device from the mains.

•

Do not use the massage device just before going to bed. The massage can also have a stimulating

effect and may cause difficulties in getting off to sleep.

WARNING

The massage must be pleasant and relaxing at all times. Stop the massage or change your position

or the contact pressure if you find it is painful or unpleasant.

Alternative use in the car

The massage seat cover can also be used in the car with the car adapter supplied. Plug the car adapter

connector plug into the connection jack on the device. Plug the car adapter into the cigarette lighter jack or

an alternative 12 V jack. (e.g. trunk). Operation proceeds as described above.

WARNING

Never have a massage with the massage seat cover while you are driving a car yourself. The

massage, as well as the device setting, distracts you from the road traffic. Your attention to the road

traffic must never be impaired by the device. Therefore only use this device as a passenger or if you

take a break and the vehicle is stationary. Please note that if the engine is off the battery can discharge

under certain circumstance. For some vehicles the 12 V jack only works when the engine is on.

A massage with this seat cover can be very relaxing and regenerating while taking breaks.
