- Press the clock symbol for 5 seconds. The minute digits will start to flash. Press the clock symbol to con- firm. The hour digits will start to flash.

- Set the desired time using ▲ and ▼. You will hear beeps at the end. Press the clock symbol to switch off the beeps.
- Hold down the timer. After 30 seconds, there is an automatic shut-down function. Weighing Switch on the scale.
- Tare the scale. Place the material to be weig- hed on the scale. To weigh additional ingredients, tare again. Position the container.
- Automatic switch-off function. Error messages Empty battery. Maximum weighing capacity exceeded (3 kg). Weighing before 0.0 kg is dis- played.
