Setting alarm time
•Youareinwakealarmmode.
•HoldtheMODEbuttondownfor3secondsinordertoentersettingmode.
•Thehoursdisplaystartsashing.NowyoucansetthehoursusingtheStart/Stopbutton
and the Reset button. Hold the button depressed to enter fast mode.
•PresstheMODEbuttontoconrminputandadvancetothenextsetting.Enterminutes
in the same way.
•Oncealldatahasbeenset,presstheMODEbuttonfor3secondstoexitsettingmode.Ifnobuttonis
pressed in setting mode within 60 seconds, the heart rate monitor automatically reverts to time display.
11. Stopwatch mode
•Youarenowinstopwatchmode.
•Tostartthestopwatch,pressthestart/stopbuttonagain.Theletters„CHR“inthedisplay
start flashing.
•Toactivatethestopwatchatanytime,pressthestart/stopbuttonagain.Theamountoftime
that has run is displayed.
