and lower training limits.
•Iftheheartratealarmfunctionisswitchedoff,„---“and„oF“appearsinthedisplay.
•PresstheSTART/STOPbuttontoswitchtheheartratealarmfunctiononoroff.
With the pulse alarm activated, the following alarms are possible during heart rate measurement:
•heartrateiswithinthesettrainingzone: pulsemonitorbeepsonce.
•heartrateisabovethesettrainingzone: pulsemonitorbeepstwice,„H“andactualheartrate
reading flashing.
•heartrateisbelowthesettrainingzone: pulsemonitorbeepstwice,„L“andactualheartrate
reading flashing.
10. Wake alarm mode
•Youcanswitchthehourlysignalonandoffinwakealarmmodeusingtheresetbutton.
If the hourly signal is activated, the bell symbol appears in the display and a signal
sounds every full hour.
•Youcanswitchthewakealarmonandoffinwakealarmmodeusingthestart/stopbut-
ton. If the wake alarm is activated, a symbol appears and the alarm sounds at the given
time for 30 seconds. Press any button (except the light button) to stop the alarm.
