1. The MP3 player doesn't work or nothing appears on the display.
- Check the polarity of the installed battery.
2. The buttons don't work
- Make sure the button block function is not activated.
- The battery is missing or weak.
3. Files will not download.
- Check the USB connection with your computer and the USB cable itself.
- The file format may not be compatible with this MP3/WMA player.
