Installation instructions

First, decide how you would like to connect your antenna; it can be installed in two ways:

1. Powered by DTV set-top box via coaxial cable. The DC 5 V output of the set-top box must be turned

on for this way of connection.

Step 1 – Decide how you would like to install your antenna.

Pole mounting:

Use the metal parts to clamp the antenna onto the pole for outdoor use.

Wall mounting:

Remove the metal parts from the mount and use screws to secure the mount onto the wall.

Table standing:

Remove the metal parts from the mount and turn the mount vertical to stand onto the table.

Step 2 – Turn on your television.

Step 3 – Select a TV program.

Step 4 – Turn the antenna left, right, up and down until you get the best signal reception position.

User instructions

For the best reception, check the following conditions:

1. Keep the antenna away from sources of interference and big power consumption devices, such as

air conditioners, elevators, hair dryers and microwave ovens, etc.

2. Place the antenna near a window.

3. In digital terrestrial reception, interceptions between the antenna and the transmission tower will

temporarily cause signal loss. Please install the antenna as high as possible to reduce these

interceptions.

Safety precautions:

To reduce risk of electric shock, this product should ONLY be

opened by an authorised technician if service is required.

Disconnect the product from mains and other equipment if a

problem should occur. Do not expose the product to water or

moisture.

Maintenance:

Clean the product only with a dry cloth.

Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.

Installationsanleitungen

Entscheiden Sie zunächst, über welche der beiden Möglichkeiten Sie Ihre Antenne anschließen

möchten:

1. Betrieb über DTV-Set-Top-Box mit dem Koaxialkabel. Für diese Art des Anschlusses muss der DC

5 V Ausgang der Set-Top-Box eingeschaltet sein.

2. Betrieb über AC/DC-Adapter.

Schritt 1 – Überlegen Sie sich, wo Sie die Antenne installieren möchten.

Stangenbefestigung:

Um die Antenne an einer Stange im Außenbereich anzubringen, verwenden Sie die Metallklemmen.

Wandbefestigung:

Entfernen Sie die Metallteile vom Gestell und verwenden Sie die Schrauben zur sicheren Installation

an der Wand.

Tischständer:

Entfernen Sie die Metallteile vom Gestell und drehen Sie es vertikal zur Positionierung auf dem Tisch.

Schritt 2 – Schalten Sie Ihren Fernseher ein.

Schritt 3 – Stellen Sie einen Sender ein.

Schritt 4 – Drehen Sie die Antenne solange vertikal und horizontal, bis Sie einen optimalen Empfang

erhalten.

Gebrauchsanweisung

Für den bestmöglichen Empfang, überprüfen Sie bitte folgende Bedingungen:

1. Halten Sie die Antenne von Störungsquellen und Geräten mit großem Stromverbrauch wie

Klimaanlagen, Aufzügen, Haartrocknern und Mikrowellen fern.

2. Stellen Sie die Antenne in der Nähe eines Fensters auf.

3. Bei dem digitalen terrestrischen Empfang führen Unterbrechungen zwischen der Antenne und dem

Funkturm zu vorübergehendem Signalverlust. Um diese Störungen zu reduzieren, platzieren Sie

Ihre Antenne bitte so hoch wie möglich.

Sicherheitsvorkehrungen:

Um das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags zu verringern,

sollte dieses Produkt AUSSCHLIESSLICH von einem

autorisierten Techniker geöffnet werden. Trennen Sie das

Produkt von anderen Geräten, wenn ein Problem auftreten

sollte. Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht Wasser oder Feuchtigkeit

aus.

Wartung:

Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur mit einem trockenen Tuch.

Keine Reinigungs- oder Scheuermittel verwenden.
