Preparation of Sandwiches

Install the sandwich panels (8) into the Toaster.

Tomato and Bacon Snacks

2 Strips Bacon

1 Tomato chopped

1 Teaspoon finely chopped parsley

4 Slices of bread

Fry bacon in a frying pan until cooked. Remove and chop bacon.

Combine chopped bacon, tomato and parsley. Spread butter on the

Toaster plates and place a slice of white bread. Form a hollow and

add filling. Top with the second slice of buttered bread (butter side

up). Close the Toaster and toast sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes.

Irish Potato Cake

1½Cups mashed potatoes

1 Egg yolk

1 Teaspoon butter

1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley

1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Toaster. Combine all ingredients. Spread fat on the

Toaster plates. Distribute the potato mixture into the four Toaster

moulds. Close the appliance and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with

roasted meat and salad.

Apricot Delight

2 Tablespoons sour cream

½ Cup finely chopped dried apricots (or peaches)

4 Teaspoons sugar

½ Teaspoon cinnamon

4 Slices white bread

Ice cream or cream

Combine sour cream, sugar, dried apricots and cinnamon. Place

a slice of bread (buttered side down) onto the Sandwich Toaster. Form

a hollow and add filling. Top with the second slice of bread (buttered

side up) and toast for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with ice cream or cream.

Preparation on the grill

Install the removable grill plates (9) into the Toaster.

Grilled Meat

Meat 1 to 1.5 cm thick slice of fillet

20 grams of margarine or butter

Salt and pepper to taste

When the Toaster is heated, spread margarine on the Sandwich

Toaster plates and place your meat on to the hot grill plate. Grill until

cooked. Chicken and fish can be cooked in the same manner. Chicken

and fish are grilled for about 5 minutes, and meat a little longer.
