3.2 Assembly

Installation

Locate the unit in a well ventilated area.

The unit must be easily accessible during normal

operation.

Threaded holes in the housing bottom enable you to secure

the unit with four M4 screws on a countertop, for example.

For the hole locations and spacing, see "G" in the Appendix.

Installing the unit in a 19-inch electrical cabinet

(optional)

The dimensions allow you to install two units next to each

other in a 19-inch electrical cabinet.

After attaching a mounting base (accessory), you can install

the unit in the electrical cabinet using two M4 x 6 screws.

Attaching the mounting base:

Remove the two front feet from the bottom of the unit.

Position the mounting base so that the mounting holes

of the mounting base are aligned with the mounting

holes for the feet on the bottom of the unit.

Insert the mounting feet through the holes of the

mounting base and screw them into the mounting holes

for the feet.

See "C" on the front fold-out page.

Dimensions for fastening the mounting base

See Figure 2 in "E" and Figure 2 in "F" in the Appendix.

Stacking the units (option)

The units are easily stackable. Slots on the top prevent the

stacked units from being moved out of place. The units can

be stacked in either of the following two ways:

Vertically on top of each other: Screw the front feet

into the appropriate mounting holes that are offset

backwards.

On top of each other at a front angle of 10°.

See "B" on the front fold-out page.

For the position of the offset mounting holes, see "G" in the

Appendix.
