Trouble shooting

The keyboard does not work.

• Try to restart your computer.

• Reconnect keyboard USB plug to another computer’s USB port.

• Check that the keyboard USB plug is rmly attached to the USB port on your computer.

• Check that the keyboard USB cord is not damaged.

If you nd any corporal problem, do not remove the cover or attempt to disassemble this keyboard.

The keyboard hot keys do not work, or the keyboard is typing the wrong characters.

• Uninstall any previous keyboard software from your computer.

• Check if good layout settings are set in your operation system.
