After having removed the appliance from its
packaging, verify its integrity based on the drawing
and any presence of damage caused by transport.
If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact an
authorised service centre.
Do not let children play with the packaging! Keep
the plastic bag out of the reach of children - risk of
suffocation!
Before connecting the appliance, please make

This appliance must be used only for the purpose for
which it was designed, namely as a curling tong for
home use. Any other use is considered not compliant
and therefore dangerous.
Do NOT use the appliance with wet hands,

If the appliance if faulty or malfunctions, switch it off
and do not tamper with it. Any repairs must only be

by an authorised technical service centre, so as to

synthetic material.

USEFUL ADVICE
• The experience you will soon acquire in using your
curling tong will help you determine how long and at
which temperature your hair must remain in the clamp to
achieve the desired effect.
• Make sure your hair is dry, clean and without any trace of
hairspray, hair mousse or gel.
• Comb your hair, making sure there are no knots.
• Always start from the nape of the neck, proceed on the
sides and nish on the forehead.
• When using the curling tong or while it is heating or
cooling, place it on a smooth and heat resistant surface.
• When creating the hairstyle, be careful not to bring the
curling tong close to sensitive parts of the face, ears,
neck or skin.
• After use, allow the curling tong to cool down completely
before putting it away.
IMPORTANT!
After having nished using the curling tong,
make sure it has cooled down completely
before putting it away.
Never wrap the power cable around the
appliance.
USE
PREPARING THE HAIR
• Wash hair as normal, comb and remove any knots
• Dry the hair and brush from the roots to the ends
USER INSTRUCTIONS
• Connect the power cable (1) to the mains and place the
appliance on a smooth and heat resistant surface using
the resting base (5).
• Switch the appliance on by pressing the On/Off button (4)
for a couple of seconds.
• Turn the knob (3) to select the desired temperature;
theLED (4) continues to ash until the desired temperature
is reached.

• Take a lock of hair that is not too wide between your
ngers; thicker curls are obtained with smaller locks of
hair.
• Press the lever of the clamp and use your index nger
to twist the lock of hair between the clamp (7) and the
curling tong.
• It is important for the end of the lock of hair to t entirely
in the roundness of the tong.
• Close the clamp (7).
• Wait for the lock to dry as desired before removing it from
the tong by releasing the clamp (7).
• After use, switch the appliance off by pressing the Off
button (4) for a couple of seconds.
• Remove the power cable (1) from the socket.
The appliance switches off automatically 1 hour after being
switched on.
CLEANING
The curling tong and the handle (2) are only to be cleaned
with a soft, damp cloth:
• disconnect the appliance from the mains;
• make sure the tong is cold;
• clean the surface and let it dry.
Make sure all cleaned parts are completely dry
before reusing the appliance!
DISPOSAL
The product is packaged in recyclable materials.
Dispose of it in compliance with environmental
protection standards.
The appliance must be disposed of in compliance with
the provisions of EU standard 2002/96/EC at the end
of its life cycle.
This regards recycling useful substances in the
appliance, which reduces the environmental impact.

or the appliance retailer.
