Improper use may leak liquid from the bottle. Avoid contact with it. If accidental con-
tact happen, read the specific safety instructions.
3. Turn the lever „rinse / ROCLEAN“ in position „ROCLEAN“.
4. Push the „On / Off“ program key. The compressor fills the tank pressure automatically.
5. Open the water supply. Open the pipe system.
6. Push program Key „Water and Air“ (permanently). The chemistry in the bottle is supplied to
the fluid flow through. The process is stopped when the bottle is empty. For larger systems
may are several bottles required (note information on the bottle).
When changing bottles follow the instruction:
– Close pipe system, so that no water flows from the system.
– Push program Key „Water and Air“ (permanently). The compressed air supply is stopped.
– Close water supply.
– Unscrew the empty bottle and replace them with new bottle.

– Press program key „water and air (permanently)“.
– Open water supply.
– Open pipe system.
– The chemistry in the bottle is supplied to the fluid flow through. The process is stopped when
the bottle is empty.
– Close pipe system.
– Press program Key „Water and Air“ (permanently). The compressed air supply is stopped.
– The reaction time depends on the degree of soiling or according to the regulation for disin-
fecting drinking water lines. The system must be closed for it.
7. After final rinse cleaning the system until no more chemicals are in the system. Proceed as
follows:
– ROPULS as in „First step - Mechanical cleaning of the system integrate” back into the sys-
tem (if the device has been previously disconnected from the system).
– Move the lever „rinse / ROCLEAN“ position in the „flush“ position.
– Press the „On / Off“ push button. The compressor fills the pressure tank automatically.
– Open water supply, open piping system.
– Push program key „water and air (pulsed)“ button.
– The cleaning process is completed when no more chemicals in the system.
– Turn off the ROPULS.
– Stop the water supply, close ROPULS system and remove.
Third step - preservation of the system (heating circuit):
See steps 1 - 5 of „second-step chemical cleaning“.
8. Push program Key „Water and Air“ (permanently) button. The chemistry in the bottle is sup-
plied to the fluid flow through. The process is stopped when the bottle is empty. For larger
systems required several bottles (note information on the bottle).
When changing bottles proceed as follows:

– Close water supply.
– Press program Key „Water and Air“ (permanently). The compressed air supply is stopped.
– Unscrew the empty bottle and replace them with new bottle.

– Open system / heating return flow.
– Open water supply.
– Press program key „water and air (permanently)“.
– The chemistry in the bottle is supplied to the fluid flow through. The Process is completed
when the bottle is empty.
No need to change bottles
– Press program key „water and air (permanently“ button). The compressed air supply is
stopped.
9. Close the return / supply points. Close the water supply and remove ROPULS. The preser-
vative remains in the system.
2.2 Cleaning (C)
After completion of dosing the ROCLEAN Injector must be flushed thoroughly with clean water
(safety function). Especially paying attention to the cleaning of the tube (see picture).
To clean the hose (the ROPULS is no longer attached to the cleaning system!) Give water to the
rinsed bottle. Set below the output of the injector (right side of ROPULS) an empty container (for
example a bucket). On the ROPULS ROCLEAN push the program button („Water unfair“ per-
manently) turn on and operate the fresh water supply. Catch the out coming water from the in-
jector with a container and dispose it in the drainage (Fig. C2).
Note: Always empty full bottles. Do not use it again!
Bottles are to be separated during transport from the injector!
2.3 Chemicals
Disinfection of drinking water pipes:
ROPULS disinfectant is a sterilization aid for drinking water based on hydrogen peroxide. It is
chlorine-free and odorless and suitable for all pipe materials. Safety note.

The sterilization aid is suitable for sterilization according to DVGW work sheet W291. If a sterili-
zation according to DVGW work sheet W291 will conducted to ensure that the relevant guide-
lines of the worksheet will be kept. If this means the ROCLEAN Injector is not possible, the steri-
lization done via the injection of ROPULS and external metering (see instructions ROPULS
Chapter 6.4). Safety note.
Cleaning of heating circuits with radiators
ROPULS radiator heating circuits cleaner is a neutral cleaner for the removal of chemical con-
taminants in typical heating circuits with radiators such as scaling and encrustations. It is suita-
ble for all pipe materials. ROPULS cleaners should not be longer than 24 hours in the system.

Cleaning of heating circuits with floor or space heaters
ROPULS cleaner floor heating circuits is a neutral cleaner for the removal of chemical contami-
nants in typical floor / surface heating as biofilms, bacteria and accumulation of mud. It is suita-
ble for all pipe materials. ROPULS cleaners should not be longer than 24 hours in the system.
Safety note.
Conservation of heating circuits (radiators and floor / space heaters)
ROPULS conservation medium is a tool to prevent corrosion, debris and noise in all types of
boiler hot water heating systems. It is suitable will used for all pipe materials and can be used
both in hard and soft water. The mixture is colorless and non-toxic and is discarded when emp-
tied of heating with heating water into the public sewer. Not suitable for drinking water pipes.
