BODY FAT INDEX(BMI)

It reflects the overall overweight and fat.The BMI calucates the proportion of the body

fat,so it can have a more correct presume about the risk of heart-disease and high blood

pressure.You should take care of your BMI!

The world standard for BMI :if your BMI is in the range of 18.5---24.9,it is nomal level;if

your BMI above 30.00,your are fat,you should take some steps to low the BMI!

BMR:

Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is an estimation of the energy (measured in calories)

expended by the body, at rest, to maintain normal body functions. This continual work

makes up about 60-70% of the calories the body uses, and includes the beating of your

heart, respiration, and the maintenance of body temperature. Your BMR is influenced

by a number of factors, including age, weight, height, gender, dieting and exercise habits.

Point 1: When the scale is overloaded (over 150kg), “FFFF” will show on the LCD.

Point 2: If the “ERR” displays on the LCD,you should test whether you set the right

parameter or you stand the right position(you should stand on the area within the four

silver silk feet).

Point 3: When the battery is low or has insufficient power,the “LO” will display on the

LCD!
