Sicherheitshinweise
• Bearbeiten Sie nur Medien, bei denen der Ener
-
gieeintrag durch das Bearbeiten unbedenklich
ist. Dies gilt auch für andere Energieeinträge,
z.B. durch Lichteinstrahlung.
• Beachten Sie die Betriebsanleitung des Zube
-
höres.
• Sicheres Arbeiten ist nur mit Zubehör, das im
Kapitel „Zubehör“ beschrieben wird, gewähr-
leistet.
• Der Schwerpunkt des Aufbaus muss innerhalb
der Aufstellfläche liegen.
• Die Trennung des Gerätes vom Stromversor
-
gungsnetz erfolgt nur durch Ziehen des Netz-
bzw. Gerätesteckers.
• Die Steckdose für die Netzanschlussleitung
muss leicht erreichbar und zugänglich sein.
• Nach einer Unterbrechung der Stromzufuhr
läuft das Gerät von selbst wieder an.
• Eventuell kann Abrieb von rotierenden Zube
-
hörteilen in das zu bearbeitende Medium ge-
langen.
• Bei Verwendung von PTFE-ummantelten Ma
-
gnetstäbchen ist Folgendes zu beachten:
Chemische Reaktionen von PTFE treten ein
im Kontakt mit geschmolzenen oder gelös-
ten Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen, sowie mit
feinteiligen Pulvern von Metallen aus der 2.
und 3. Gruppe des Periodensystems bei Tem-
peraturen über 300-400 °C. Nur elementares
Fluor, Chlortrifluorid und Alkalimetalle greifen
es an, Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe wirken re-
versibel quellend.

Zum Schutz des Gerätes
• Steckdose muss geerdet sein (Schutzleiterkon

takt).
• Das Gerät darf nur von einer Fachkraft geöffnet
werden.
• Spannungsangabe des Typenschildes muss mit
Netzspannung übereinstimmen.
• Decken Sie das Gerät nicht ab, auch nicht teil
-
weise, z.B. mit metallischen Platten oder Folien.
Die Folge ist Überhitzung.
• Vermeiden Sie Stöße und Schläge auf Gerät
oder Zubehör.
• Achten Sie auf eine saubere Aufstellfläche.
Zu Ihrem Schutz
• Lesen Sie die Betriebsanleitung vor Inbetrieb

nahme vollständig und beachten Sie die Sicher-
heitshinweise.
• Bewahren Sie die Betriebsanleitung für Alle zu

gänglich auf.
• Beachten Sie, dass nur geschultes Personal mit
dem Gerät arbeitet.
• Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise, Richtli

nien, Arbeitsschutz -und Unfallverhütungsvor-
schriften.
• Achtung - Magnetismus! Beachten Sie die Aus

wirkungen des Magnetfeldes (Herzschrittma

cher, Datenträger...).
• Tragen Sie Ihre persönliche Schutzausrüstung
entsprechend der Gefahrenklasse des zu bear-
beitenden Mediums. Ansonsten besteht eine
Gefährdung durch:
- Spritzen und Verdampfen von Flüssigkeiten
- Herausschleudern von Teilen
- Freiwerden von toxischen oder brennbaren
Gasen.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät frei auf einer ebenen, sta
-
bilen, sauberen, rutschfesten, trockenen und
feuerfesten Fläche auf.
• Die Gerätefüße müssen sauber und unbeschä
-
digt sein.
• Prüfen Sie vor jeder Verwendung Gerät und
Zubehör auf Beschädigungen. Verwenden Sie
keine beschädigten Teile.
• Reduzieren Sie die Drehzahl, falls
- Medium infolge zu hoher Drehzahl aus dem
Gefäß spritzt
- unruhiger Lauf auftritt
- das Gefäß sich auf der Aufstellplatte bewegt.
• Beachten Sie eine Gefährdung durch
- entzündliche Materialien
- brennbare Medien mit niedriger Siedetempe-
ratur
- falsche Dimensionierung des Gefäßes
- zu hohen Füllstand des Mediums
- unsicherer Stand des Gefäßes.
• Im Betrieb kann sich das Gerät erwärmen.
• Die Aufstellpatte kann sich auch ohne Heizbe
-
trieb durch den Antriebsmagneten bei hohen
Drehzahlen erwärmen.
• Verarbeiten Sie krankheitserregende Materiali
-
en nur in geschlossenen Gefäßen unter einem
geeigneten Abzug. Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich
bitte an

• Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in explosionsge

fährdeten Atmosphären, mit Gefahrstoffen und

Der Schutz für den Benutzer ist nicht mehr ge-
währleistet, wenn das Gerät mit Zubehör betrie-
ben wird, welches nicht vom Hersteller geliefert
oder empfohlen wird oder wenn das Gerät in
nicht bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch entge-
gen der Herstellervorgabe betrieben wird oder
wenn Veränderungen an Gerät oder Leiterplatte
durch Dritte vorgenommen werden.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Inbetriebnahme
Betrieb im Modus "Timer"
Zum Einschalten des Gerätes drehen Sie den
Drehknopf "Timer" (B) im Uhrzeigersinn bis
zum Symbol " ".
Die Laufzeit ist auf der Skala von 0 bis 56 Mi-
nuten stufenlos einstellbar.
Nach Ablauf des eingestellten Zeit geht der
Schalter automatisch auf das Symbol "0" zu-
rück und das Gerät ist bleibend ausgeschaltet.
Der eingestellte Zeitwert kann jederzeit verän
-
dert werden.
Einstellen der Motordrehzahl
Stellen Sie die Motordrehzahl mit dem Dreh-
knopf "rpm" (C) ein. Der Drehzahlbereich ist
von 0 bis 1000 rpm einstellbar. Die eingestell-
te Motordrehzahl wird auf dem Display (D)
angezeigt.
Das Gerät ist nach Einstecken des
Netzsteckers betriebsbereit.
Das Gerät kann wahlweise im Dauerbetrieb oder
im Modus "Timer" betrieben werden:
Dauerbetrieb
Zum Einschalten des Gerätes drehen Sie den
Drehknopf "Timer" (B) im Uhrzeigersinn bis
zum Symbol "1".
Das Gerät läuft im Dauerbetrieb.
Zum Ausschalten des Gerätes drehen Sie den
Drehknopf "Timer" (B) auf 0.

Midi MR 1
digital
ist ein Ma-
gneterührer ohne Heizung, mit einem flachen,
standfesten Edelstahlgehäuse. Das Gerät eignet
sich zum Rühren und Mischen von flüssigen Sub-
stanzen bis zu 50 Litern. Der eingebaute Rühr-
antrieb ermöglicht das Rühren von Substanzen
mit Hilfe eines im Gefäß befindlichen Magnet-
stäbchens. Die Mischintensität ist abhängig von
der Motordrehzahl und der Größe des Magnet-
stäbchens.

Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich nicht auf Ver-
schleißteile und gilt nicht für Fehler, die auf un-
sachgemäße Handhabung und unzureichende
Pflege und Wartung, entgegen den Anweisungen

Reparaturfall
Im Reparaturfall muss das Gerät gereinigt und frei
von gesundheitsgefährdenden Stoffen sein.
Senden Sie das Gerät in der Originalverpackung
zurück. Lagerverpackungen sind für den Rückver-
sand nicht ausreichend. Verwenden Sie zusätzlich
eine geeignete Transportverpackung.
Bei einer Störung gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

• Only process media that will not react dange

processing. This also applies to any extra ener-
gy produced in other ways, e.g. through light

• Please observe the operating instructions for

• The centre of gravity of the assembly must lie

above 300 °C - 400 °C. Only elementary fluo-
rine, chlorotrifluoride and alkali metals attack
it; halogenated hydrocarbons have a reversible

• The voltage stated on the type plate must cor

• The appliance may heat up when in use.
• The base plate can heat up due to the action of
the drive magnets at high motor speeds, even
if the heater is not operational.

vessels under a suitable extractor hood. Please

The safety of the user cannot be guaranteed if
the appliance is operated with accessories that
are not supplied or recommended by the manu-
facturer or if the appliance is operated improperly
contrary to the manufacturer’s specifications or
if the appliance or the printed circuit board are
modified by third parties.
Correct use Commissioning
Timer mode
To switch the appliance on, turn the "Timer"
rotating knob (B) clockwise to select the " "
symbol.
The running time can be adjusted to any value
between 0 and 56 minutes.
After the selected time period has elapased,
the switch will automatically return to the
"0" symbol and the device will remain swit-
ched off.
The time period selected can be adjusted at
any time.
Setting the motor speed
Set the motor speed by turning the "rpm"
knob (C). The motor speed can be set to valu
-
es between 0 and 1000 rpm. The motor speed
selected will be shown on the display (D).
The unit is ready for service when the mains plug
has been plugged in.
The appliance can be operated in two modes,
"Continuous mode" or "Timer mode":
Continuous mode
To switch the appliance on, turn the "Timer"
rotating knob (B) clockwise to select the "1"
symbol.
The appliance is now running in continuous
mode.
To switch the appliance off, turn the "Timer"
rotating knob (B) to 0.

Midi MR 1
digital
is a mag-
netic stirrer without heating and has a flat, stur-
dy stainless steel casing. The device is suitable
for stirring and mixing liquid substances upto
50 liters. The built-in stirring drive permits the
stirring of substances with the aid of a magnetic
stirring bar in the vessel. The mixing intensity is
dependent on the motor speed and on the size
of the magnetic bar.
Correction of malfunctions Maintenance and cleaning

Repair
The device must be clean and free from any
materials which may constitute a health hazard
when sent for repair.
Please return the appliance in its original pa-
ckaging. Storage pakkaging is not sufficient for
returns. Please also use suitable packaging for
transportation.
Follow the steps below if a fault occurs with the appliance:

another error code is displayed then take one of
the following steps:
- Contact the service department,
- Send the device for repair, including a short de-
scription of the fault.

• Ne traitez que des milieux pour lesquels l'apport
d'énergie pendant l'opération ne pose pas pro-

• La sécurité de l'appareil n'est assurée qu'avec

des métaux appartenant au deuxième et au
troisième groupe de la classification périodique
des éléments à des températures supérieures à
300 °C - 400 °C. Seul l’élément fluor, le trifluor-
ure de chlore et les métaux alcalins l’attaquent;
les hydrocarbures halogénés produisent un ef-
fet réversible boursoufflant.

Fonctionnement en mode "Minuteur"
Allumez l'appareil, en tournant le bouton ro-
tatif "Timer" (B) dans le sens horaire jusqu'au
symbole "...".
Le temps de fonctionnement se règle en conti-
nu de 0 à 56 minutes sur la graduation.
Après écoulement du temps réglé, l'interrupteur
retourne automatiquement sur le symbole "0" et
l'appareil s'arrête.
La durée réglée est modifiable à tout moment.
Réglage du régime moteur
Réglez le régime moteur à l'aide du bouton
rotatif "rpm" (C). Le régime est réglable de 0
à 1000 rpm. Le régime moteur réglé s'affiche
à l'écran (D).
L’appareil est prêt à fonctionner après avoir con-
necté la prise de secteur.
L'appareil peut fonctionner au choix en mode
"Continu" ou en mode "Minuteur":

pour agiter et mélanger des substances liquides
jusqu'à 50 litres. La commande d'agitation in

corporée permet une agitation des substances
par le moyen d'un barreau aimanté qui se trouve
dan le récipient. L'intensité de mélange dépend
de la vitesse de rotation et de la taille du barreau
aimanté.

Réparation
En cas de réparation n’envoyez que des appareils
nettoyés et exempts de matières nocives pour la
santé.
Renvoyez l’appareil dans son emballage d’origine.
Les emballages de stockage ne sont pas suffisants
pour le renvoi. Utilisez un emballage de transport
supplémentaire adapté.
En cas de panne, procédez comme suit :

Химические реакции ПТФЭ начинаются
при контакте с расплавленными или

из 2-й и 3-й группы периодической системы
при температуре свыше 300–400 °C.
Только элементарный фтор, трифторид
хлора и щелочные металлы разъедают его;
галогенуглеводороды действуют обратимо
расширяюще.

- горючих сред с низкой температурой кипения;
- выбора сосуда неподходящих размеров;
- слишком высокого уровня заполнения
сосуда средой;
- неустойчивого положения сосуда.
• Во время работы прибор может нагреваться.
• Установочная плита может разогреваться и
без режима нагревания вследствие действия
магнитов привода при высокой скорости
вращения.
• Обрабатывайте патогенные материалы только
в закрытых сосудах при соответствующем
отводе. При возникновении вопросов

• Не эксплуатируйте прибор во взрывоопасной
атмосфере, с опасными веществами и под

Время работы плавно устанавливается на

Прибор предназначен для перемешивания и
смешивания жидких субстанций объемом до
50 литров. Встроенный привод смешивания
позволяет осуществлять перемешивание
субстанции при помощи находящегося в
сосуде магнитного стержня. Интенсивность
смешивания зависит от скорости вращения
двигателя и размера магнитного стержня.
