Avoid  extreme  temperature  changes. 

Rapid temperature change (e.g. when 

the  unit  is  moved  from  freezing 

temperature  to  a  warm  room)  may 

cause  condensation  inside  the  unit 

and a malfunction when it is switched 

on. In this case leave the unit at room 

temperature  for  at  least  1.5  hours 

before switching it on.

If the unit has been in transit, leave it 

indoors  for  at  least  1.5  hours  before 

starting operation.

GRINDER INSTRUCTIONS

Before  using  for  the  first  time:  Wipe  the 

metallic bowl, the blade and the lid with a 

dry  duster.  The  appliance  must  be 

unplugged.

•Takeoff  the  lid,  put  the  coffee  beans  into 

the metallic bowl.

• Put the lid in place.

• Plug in.

•  Hold  the  lid  on  firmly  with  one  hand, 

push  the  on  switch  with  the  other  hand 

until  the  desired  texture  of  coffee  is 

achieved.

• Do not take off the lid until the blade has 

completely stopped.

• The grinding time must be in relation to 

the quantity of coffee required.

Coarse ground:   10 Seconds

Average ground: 20-30 Seconds

Fine ground:       40-60 Seconds

•  When  the  blade  has  stopped  rotating, 

unplug.  Take  off  the  lid  and  then  remove 

the ground coffee.

CLEANING

It  is  recommended  to  take  out  all  the 

ground 

coffee 

in 

order 

to 

avoid 

deterioration  of  aroma  through  any 

remaining old grounds.

- Unplug.

-  Remove  the  lid  and  rinse  under  running 

water and dry completely. The lid cannot be 

cleaned in a dishwasher.

-  Clean  the  metallic  bowl  with  a  damp 

sponge.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

The  appliance  complies  with  technical 

regulations  and  standards  in  force.  It  is 

designed  to  work  on  an  alternative  current 

only.

When  first  using,  check  that  the  mains 

supply  corresponds  to  that  shown  on  the 

rating  plate  of  the  appliance.  Do  not  place

could  cause  damage.  Use  the  appliance  on 

a stable work surface, away from water. Do 

not immerse the appliance.

Do  not  use  the  appliance  if:  the  blade  is 

deteriorated  or,  the  appliance  or  cord  is 

damaged,  the  appliance  has  been  dropped 

and  is  visibly  damaged  or  functions 

abnormally. In these cases, have it checked 

by your nearest Service Centre before using 

again.  The  appliance  can  only  be  opened 

using  special  tools,  therefore,  for  any 

repairs,  you  must  consult  an  authorized 

Service  Centre.  The  appliance  is  intended 

for domestic use only and it is not designed 

for  commercial  purposes  or  in  a  manner 

which  does  not  comply  with  the  operating 

instructions.
